Propertyware’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions include customer relationship management (CRM) to track any type of real estate and assist landlords to list vacancies online, electronically collect tenant payments and service customers through online portals.
Propertyware is looking to expand our existing customer base of 1,500 loyal and satisfied customers. We have openings telesales representatives to work in our downtown San Francisco offices. The position requires a fearless and enthusiastic personality who can articulate Propertyware's value proposition to landlords and property managers in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire pipeline process from lead to closed opportunity
- Identify and pursue opportunities within your sales territories
- Communicate and demonstrate the value proposition of Propertyware to key executives, and explain how it relates to their needs
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in salesforce.com, while creating satisified customers
- Negotiate and close business
- Help identify weaknesses in the existing sales process and create and implement improvements
What's Required of the Ideal Candidate?
- Minimum of 2 year software sales experience, Saas business applications sales preferred
- Competitive, energetic self-starter with a passion to earn money
- A demonstrated ability to understand technology and processes
- A Bachelor or University degree
- Knowledge of solution selling and/or other sales strategies
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills
- A Proven track record of success
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- An entrepreneurial spirit is a must
