Propertyware’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions include customer relationship management (CRM) to track any type of real estate and assist landlords to list vacancies online, electronically collect tenant payments and service customers through online portals.
Propertyware is looking to grow our development team with talented individuals that leave and breathe web2.0. We have openings for engineering in our downtown San Francisco offices. The position requires a flexibly minded engineer who can help us deliver world class browser based applications.
Responsibilities:
-Design and develop solutions to our specific technical needs
-Work with visual designers and rest of the engineering team to scope and design complex user interfaces and data interactions
-Write and revise collaborative and functional specs
-Document your code, and participate in the ongoing review of other team member's code
-Develop data driven applications
What's Required of the Ideal Candidate?
- 6+ years of objected-oriented programming experience
-Fluent in server side Java—intimate knowledge of java class libraries
-Fluent in web application use and deployment
-Proficient with all layers of the java application server stack and relevant design patterns
-Fluent in HTML and CSS
-Strong Knowledge of database design
-Experience with accounting, marketing or mobile software apps is a plus
-BS in computer science or equivalent experience
