Responsibilities
The Propertyware Implementation Consultant will be responsible for managing clients in both pre and post sale scenarios and ensure their long-term success.. This Implementation Consultant will be responsible for the delivery of professional services for Propertyware customers including the following:
- Business Process Reviews. Manage the discovery process to become familiar with the customer’s current pain points and to develop an implementation strategy
- Data Extractions and Migration. Use tools to extract data from various sources including database files and MS Excel files.
- Import and Configuration. Import customer data into Propertyware and configure the application to meet their needs.
- Adoption. Manage the process for helping the customer to adopt the Propertyware solution within the first 60 days.
The perfect candidate must have a passion for technology, advanced analytical problem solving skills and the ability to project manage the roll out of a software solution.
Qualifications
The Implementation Consultant should have many of these following qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in software applications consulting either internally (part of an IT organization) or externally (consulting firm or software provider).
- Excellent experience with managing change management and business process mapping for a software implementation
- Excellent understanding and related work experience related to ERP, CRM and E-commerce
- Excellent understanding of common business practices as related to property management, accounting and electronic payments (ACH, credit card processing)
- Successful candidates should have demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into business solutions as a software solution
- Candidates should have solid client management skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations and execute on an implementation plan.
- Experience with software-as-a service (SaaS) solutions is a plus
- Experience with financial accounting, customer relationship management and real estate is preferred
- The perfect candidate shoud have consulting experience with many of the following applications: Yardi, RealPage, Promas, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamic, salesforce.com
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools
- Working knowledge of and experience using XML, MS Access, FileMaker Pro and SQL databases is desirable.
- Experience with designing and writing HTML, how-to guides and documentation a major plus

- BA/BS Degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline
- 2 to 5 years of work experience
- This person MUST have more than one year of hands on experience configuring package software and/or SaaS solutions.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship
- Available for Occasional Travel ( < 20%)
